3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jo777 is legal in your location.
4. Single Account: You may register only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple or duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To use jo777 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred banking method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet providers such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, jo777 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before accessing full Account functionality, including withdrawals. You must provide:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license).

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify jo777 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jo777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jo777 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency options (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000. Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours (WIB). jo777 does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and reversal of the deposit. You may not deposit funds derived from illegal activities or funds that do not belong to you.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours for verified Accounts in good standing. VIP members enjoy priority processing and may receive instant withdrawals 24/7. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method, typically Rp 100,000. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC.

Before processing a withdrawal, jo777 may require additional verification, including proof of deposit method, proof of identity, or clarification of gaming activity. We reserve the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Bonus Terms (Section 6).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

jo777 maintains a strict AML policy in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions, freeze Accounts, and report activity to relevant authorities. You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility (turnover requirement).

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

jo777 offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (typically 20x-35x the Bonus amount plus deposit), maximum bet limits while wagering, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, only one Bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager Bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live casino contributes 10%, sports betting contributes 100%. Maximum bet while wagering a Bonus is Rp 50,000 per spin or bet. Exceeding this limit will void the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jo777 reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems or bots, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors. We reserve the right to withhold Bonuses from players we deem to be abusing promotional offers.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

You agree to use the Platform in good faith and for entertainment purposes only. You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to: using automated betting software, exploiting software errors or loopholes, colluding with other players, conducting fraudulent chargebacks, or using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

7.2 Game Outcomes

All games on jo777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds provided by licensed third-party suppliers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. jo777 does not manipulate game results or alter RTP (Return to Player) percentages. 7.3 Sports Betting Rules

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Users' Accounts, our servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's operation or servers.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harvesting or collecting information about other Users without their consent.
• Using any automated system, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jo777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or abusive behavior, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering or illegal activity, or prolonged Account inactivity (over 12 months). Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and any remaining Funds in your Account will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or liabilities, provided your Account is in good standing.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jo777 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and jo777. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
